Reece founded Carolina Land Works in Concord, North Carolina on a simple principle: outdoor construction demands direct, personal oversight on the ground.
Rather than managing projects from an office or handing homeowners over to unfamiliar subcontractors, Reece is on site every day. He walks the site elevations with you, operates the machinery, and personally directs every step from rough excavation to finished masonry.
From solving severe slope and drainage problems in tough Carolina red clay to constructing engineered retaining walls, custom paver patios, and putting greens, you work directly with the builder responsible for the final result.

Grading & Foundation Drainage
Carolina clay holds water and expands after storms. Before laying stone or turf, we bring in our own machinery to cut proper slope fall away from the house and bury commercial grade French drains.
Structural Retaining Walls
Retaining walls fail when trapped water creates hydrostatic pressure behind the wall. We build heavy duty walls backfilled with clean washed stone so steep hillsides become permanent outdoor living terraces.
Custom Hardscapes & Turf
Patios only sink or wobble when the base underneath is rushed. We excavate deep into stable subsoil, pack dense stone in multiple compacted lifts, and install pavers and luxury turf built to last decades.
